SPF CO-DIRECTOR

Meghan Nigudkar is a sophomore at University of Texas at Austin. She is current double majoring in Economics and Finance. There, she is in University Finance Association as a Consulting Analyst and Asian Business Student Association. She is passionate about educating children, especially financial and health literacy. Meghan loves SPF because of its unique way of authoring and delivering health comics to children.

SPF CO-DIRECTOR

Mira Nigudkar is a senior at University of Southern California. She is studying neuroscience on a pre-med track. Mira has previously worked with children with autism spectrum disorders at local hospitals and has been an active music performer at retirement homes around Denver. At USC, she is a member of the organizations AED, Interaxon, and Music Inspiring Community. Through SPF, Mira has become passionate about providing health education in an accessible, innovative manner.

WEBSITE COORDINATOR

Jenna Lu is a first-year studying statistics at the University of Florida. She is passionate about improving access to medical care and actively mentors middle school students in mathematics and English. Jenna also enjoys spending her time by volunteering with several organizations, including MedCreate and Girl Up. Through her experience with SPF, she aims to positively impact children's healthcare education globally.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Aanika Shrivastava is a high school junior from Austin, Texas. She believes that every child deserves the right to access knowledge about healthcare, and that by educating the youth, we are educating the future of humanity. Along with her contributions to organizations such as meal packing for My Good Deed, Aanika hopes to further promote SPF as a way to make health education accessible and comprehensible for children around the world.

COMIC WRITER

Sean Kim is a junior currently attending Bergen County Academies in Hackensack, NJ. He is currently in the medical academy in hopes to pursue a career in healthcare. He is currently an emergency medical technician who rides with his local volunteer ambulance corps. He joined SPF as a way to help inform children about relevant health issues plaguing our world today.

Sophia Alexander is a senior at Northville High School in Northville, Michigan and is interested in finance and economics. She loves to volunteer and work with kids, and is excited to contribute to this organization and help bring smiles to people’s faces.

CARTOONIST & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Stella Kim is a junior studying at East Chapel Hill High School. She is an advocate for equality in the realm of healthcare and education, volunteering at Red Cross and at nonprofits as a tutor. In her free time she draws and reads, and is exhilarated to be able to use her hobbies as a way to support a meaningful cause!

COMIC WRITER

Josephine Monette is a freshman at Lakewood High School in Lakewood, Colorado. She is very passionate about science and medicine, and is volunteering with many different organizations in order to help make education accessible to all. Josephine is hoping to make an impact with SPF to give everyone the opportunity to receive accurate and important medical information.

ATLANTA CHAPTER CO-PRESIDENT

Sarayu is a sophomore at the Georgia Institute of Technology, studying Neuroscience on the Pre-Med track. She is passionate about improving children’s health education and hopes to produce impactful work on an international scale. Also a former SPF intern, Sarayu is excited to continue creating comics with the organization. In her free time, Sarayu enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, and hanging out with friends.

ATLANTA CHAPTER CO-PRESIDENT

Divya is a sophomore at the Georgia Institute of Technology studying Neuroscience on the Pre-Med track. She is passionate about public health, health equity, maternal health, and advocacy work. Divya is a former SPF Intern, and she is thrilled to continue working with the organization. SPF gives Divya the opportunity to merge her interests in STEM and the humanities. Outside of school, Divya enjoys baking, movie nights, and reading.

Anoushka is a junior at Rock Canyon High School in Denver, Colorado. She strives to help her community and bring awareness to social causes. Anoushka is committed to SPF and through her involvement, she hopes to foster a tangible impact by providing meaningful education to children.

Hyeonyi is a high school senior in South Korea. She is passionate about equity in healthcare access and education, aiming to study in the global health field. She loves to volunteer in teaching children different subjects such as mathematics and English. Outside of school, she loves reading novels, singing, and writing diaries.

PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Sahithi is a sophomore at Lambert High School in Georgia. She is determined to provide quality healthcare access to everyone and is passionate about educating others on their health. She aims to combine these interests with her passion in Computer Science to impact her community. Outside of school, she loves to play violin, leading her school’s orchestra. In her free time, she loves watching TV shows and hanging out with her friends.

Shannon is a sophomore at John P. Stevens High School in Edison, New Jersey. She is passionate about teaching others topics that are seldom mentioned in the healthcare industry, such as families struggling to pay for procedures and business aspects of hospitals. Through SPF, she hopes to gain experience working with other peers to make an impact in society.

Vinya is a high school senior from Atlanta, Georgia. She has always had a passion for healthcare and has recently completed the Phlebotomy pathway that her school offers. Outside of school, she loves spending time working with kids and volunteering at local hospitals. In her free time, she likes to play volleyball and dance.

Licheng is a high school senior in Houston, Texas. She is passionate about eliminating the communication barrier between patients and healthcare providers due to medical jargon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, swimming, and binge-watching the criminal forensics drama, Bones. She is looking forward to spreading childhood healthcare awareness with the SPF team.

Sahasra is a high school senior from Frisco, Texas. She is passionate about medicine, service, and equity. She hopes to increase access to education through this organization. She’s currently working on getting her EKG, Phlebotomy, and PCT certification through a clinical program. She loves volunteering at nursing homes, therapeutic centers, and hospitals. In her free time, she likes to read, bake, and paint.

Ravi, a high school junior from Delhi, India, possesses a deep passion for international relations, community outreach, equity, and human rights. Her aspiration is to foster connections between global communities and ensure universal access to the invaluable gift of healthcare and its knowledge. She finds joy in the company of her dogs and in the world of books.

Neha is a high school junior in Frisco, Texas. They are passionate about the healthcare field and hope to help increase health equity across the globe in particular by helping increase health literacy. They love to volunteer at clinics and their local Tamil school and love to compete.

Zahin is a junior in high school from Houston, Texas. Zahin strives to create an impact and believes that we can all do so, regardless of age. She is passionate about physics and philosophy, and aims to go into law school. She loves reading books and helping her community.

Sahasra is a high school freshman from Frisco, Texas. She has a love for the performing arts and self-expression. During her first year at high school, she looks forward to making important relationships, volunteering her time to help her community, and so much more. In her free time, she loves to read, learn new languages, and dance.
